Refund policy

Customers may raise a return/refund request in the following scenarios:

  • Before the order status changes to "Transit to Ship",
  • Within thirty (30) calendar days after the order status is updated to "Delivered".

A customer may return a product and get a refund in the following situations below:

  • The customer no longer needs the product.
  • The customer received a product that did not meet the product description provided at the time of purchase.
  • A product with missing parts or accessories was delivered.
  • The condition of the product upon delivery was defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The shipping box was damaged but the product is in good condition.
  • The product was damaged but the shipping box is in good condition.
  • The product arrived too late.
  • The product doesn't fit properly (specific to fashion category products only).
  • The fabric, material, or style of the product is not as expected (specific to fashion category products only).
  • The color or pattern of the product is not as expected (specific to fashion category products only).
