Refund policy
Customers may raise a return/refund request in the following scenarios:
- Before the order status changes to "Transit to Ship",
- Within thirty (30) calendar days after the order status is updated to "Delivered".
A customer may return a product and get a refund in the following situations below:
- The customer no longer needs the product.
- The customer received a product that did not meet the product description provided at the time of purchase.
- A product with missing parts or accessories was delivered.
- The condition of the product upon delivery was defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The shipping box was damaged but the product is in good condition.
- The product was damaged but the shipping box is in good condition.
- The product arrived too late.
- The product doesn't fit properly (specific to fashion category products only).
- The fabric, material, or style of the product is not as expected (specific to fashion category products only).
- The color or pattern of the product is not as expected (specific to fashion category products only).
